We regularly ship to sailors worldwide. If your order will fit in a Flat Rate envelope and is under 4 lbs, shipping is $11(Global Priority Flat Rate). Orders over 4 lbs or larger than a Flat Rate envelope will be charged actual postage (The invoice will still say $11 for shipping, it will be at least $11).
