We ship UPS or USPS; we have excellent UPS rates and we charge only our actual shipping cost - no handling charges.


All orders are shipped via Ground service unless otherwise specified.

Domestic Orders

Continenal U.S. only.

 Shipping to HI and AK will be the same as International shipping method.

International Orders

We regularly ship orders worldwide and charge only actual shipping costs. We ship via USPS Priority Mail International.Your online total will always show an estimate.  Actual shipping charges will vary depending on the size of your order and the destination.

We may ship items separately if it lowers the shipping cost for you.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders are charged actual shipping charges at the time the order ships from our warehouse. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, we have an excellent discount structure with UPS and we pass on our discount to our customers without adding any handling fees.

For orders going to Alaska and Hawaii we generally use USPS Flat Rate boxes. 

If you would like to use any other shipping method please indicate your preferred method in the NOTES field.

 

 

 Returns: Accepted within 90 days.  Returned items must be in saleable condition, and free from all marks and stickers.  No credit will be issued for returns without prior authorization.  Once returned items are received and evaluated (for salability), a credit memo will be issued.  When redeeming a credit memo, please note credit number on payment.  Only items purchased from Paradise Cay Publications will be considered for return credit; in some instances, proof of purchase may be required.

Returns not to exceed 10% of previous year's purchases. No cash refunds, credit only.

 

Non-returnable Items: Calendars and NOAA Coast Pilots.

 

Returnable Annual Titles: NOAA Tide & Current Tables, USCG Light Lists, Dozier Waterway Guides, Cruising Guide Publications and Imray. Out of date titles may be returned within 60 days of new edition release. Nautical Almanac - 10% maximum returns, based on the number of copies purchased of any given year's edition.

 

Shipping Exclusion:  Currently, we are not shipping to Washington DC area addresses. 

 

Short or Damaged Orders: Must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
